↠ Payment is up front ALWAYS unless it’s a trade.
↠ Refunds aren't given unless i failed to complete your piece within 6 months.
↠ One your piece is started you can only be refunded HALF of the amount paid (ex: $10 = $5 , $20= $10, etc.) IF the reason for the refund has been agreed to.
↠ Say "Spotted You" so i know you've read my T.O.S.
↠ All Adopts MUST be kept for a week before you can trade / resell.
↠In order to resell for more the character MUST have more art than what i provided. If it was traded you can ONLY trade, unless more art is made.
